Application
Chocolate conche is the universal solution for making pure
chocolate, compounds, coatings, pralines, truffles and fillings,etc
from small to medium capacities.
Chocolate conche is versatile which means 3 in 1 manufacturing
solution fullfillng the function of raw materials mixing, refining
and conching. Once a mixed mass is procured, the refining and
conching process will start.
Our chocolate conche machine has a main shaft which equipped with
blades and a manual pressure adjustment wheel to adjust the
pressure on the raw materials between the baldes and lining bars.
It allows reliable process control to achieve and maintain constant
mass quality between batches.
